The main pool was fab, heaps big and clean, but the premium room needed better upkeep-some things felt a bit dated. Chur to the staff for their lovely service!

This place was exactly what we were looking for.
Brilliant room, spacious complete with a balcony and king bed plus the bathroom area like tub, enjoyed it. The location was great and pleasant, for example, St Paul's Church was not too far from the hotel. Also, the area was lovely. Highly recommended for a wedding celebration.

well-organised and reasonably spacious rooms with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels, etc. paid gbp 19488.

The Super Beautiful Room provided a decent view of the garden and city, with ample space for a family. The pool area offered a serene ambiance, great.
Room upkeep was largely below expectations, with damp odors present and old bathroom facilities crying for attention. Dining options lacked variety, particularly at breakfast where local dishes failed to impress, and issues like a leaking bidet took too long to fix. The noise from poolside gala events disrupted the expected tranquility.

The rooms offered are neat and gorgeous with balcony and the bathroom area like tub and king bed. The location is beautiful and exceptionally nice, 3 miles from Monsoon Palace. And its nestled in a beautiful building not far from centre of town and the lush fragrant gardens.

The staff here were canny brilliant, always keen to help, especially at breakfast. The views from our room were so lush, you could see the monsoon palace at sunset. But the mattress was a bit naff, joinin’ two beds ain’t what I expected!

The rooms were impressively spacious with amazing views of the entire city from the balcony. Damp rooms, spacious hotel and delicious food choices.
The grounds are impressively large (ideal for leisurely strolls), and the dining options are varied (definitely try the local cuisine). Although our room had ongoing dampness issues, the overall experience was enjoyable.
